September, 2015 saw JinList.com selected as a Preferred Vendor by the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR). Also in September, President and director of LIBOR Suffolk County North Shore Chapter traveled to Shanghai, China and held meetings at JinList.com offices.
Dr. Jin Zhao, CEO of JinList.com, hosted them and their guests. They discussed ways to help LIBOR members connect with Chinese real estate agents and affluent Chinese buyers. Howard Smith, National Account Manager of JinList.com, commented that the meeting went very well and future meetings were planned.
On September 17th, the Suffolk County North Shore LIBOR Chapter held a panel discussion on Global real estate. Dr. Zhao was a featured speaker on the panel and a very informative session was held. Members of the panel consisted of lawyers, mortgage brokers, NAR representatives, and international real estate agents. Topics covered included connecting with international buyers, overcoming language barriers, financing issues and other related topics.
Yan also explained how JinList.com will be hosting a booth at the October 15th Technology Fair at the Crest Hill Country Club, and prospective members can stop by the booth for information and special deals on connecting with affluent Chinese buyers.
